Welcome to the DrinkLife Calorie Calculator. We are fully committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring complete privacy during your health and wellness journey.

A. Offline and Local Data Processing (Zero-Data Collection)

Unlike standard applications that upload your stats to the cloud, the DrinkLife Calorie Calculator operates entirely offline. We DO NOT collect, transmit, upload, or store any of your physical statistics — including your gender, weight, height, age, activity level, calculated Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), or recommended daily calorie targets — to external servers, databases, or third-party cloud systems. All calculations and mathematical computations are run directly on your local device.

B. Local Device Storage

To allow you to log your calculations and track progress over time, the app stores your records entirely on your device. We use two local storage mechanisms:

  • Hive Local Database: Packages and stores your logs locally in a secure, isolated sandbox folder.
  • SharedPreferences: Stores your units preferences (Metric vs. Imperial) and app settings.

This data is private to you and is never shared, sold, rented, or distributed to any external entities, ad networks, or analytics platforms.

C. User Control and Data Deletion

You maintain complete ownership of your data at all times.

  • You can permanently delete all calculation records from the history log page by selecting "Clear All Logs" in the app menu. This immediately and irreversibly wipes the local database from your device.
  • Uninstalling the application from your device will automatically delete the application's local sandbox, including all SharedPreferences, preferences, and local databases.

D. Third-Party Services and SDKs

DrinkLife Calorie Calculator does not use any third-party marketing, analytics, or behavioral tracking SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or Google AdMob). The application requires no user login, credentials, or accounts to operate, ensuring 100% anonymous usage.

E. Compliance and Children's Privacy

Because our app operates fully offline and collects no personal data, we do not knowingly or actively collect any personal identification data from children under the age of 13.
