Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before installing or using the DrinkLife Calorie Calculator mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

A. Agreement to Terms

By using the DrinkLife Calorie Calculator, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

B. Description of Service and Calculations

The application calculates estimated daily metabolic energy requirements and macronutrient targets based on user-entered values (weight, height, age, gender, activity level) using the scientific Mifflin–St Jeor Equation. These figures are mathematical estimates and should not be used as clinical plans.

C. Educational and Informational Purpose

The application's calorie calculator, macro suggestions (Protein 25%, Carbs 50%, Fat 25%), and wellness tips are provided solely for educational, tracking, and motivational purposes. The use of this application does not establish a patient-doctor, client-dietitian, or professional clinical relationship. The calculations are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dietary planning.

D. User Responsibility and Health Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that changing your diet, starting a caloric deficit, or maintaining a caloric surplus carries inherent health risks, particularly if you have underlying medical conditions. You are solely responsible for consulting a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or qualified healthcare provider before implementing any calorie or macro target generated by this app.

E. Intellectual Property

All application source code, designs, UI assets, logos, graphics, mathematical algorithms, and text content are the exclusive property of DrinkLife Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, duplicate, redistribute, or build derivative products from the app.

F. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrinkLife Ltd., its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or reliance on this application. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, weight loss/gain complications, cardiovascular issues, nutritional deficiencies, or data loss.

G. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify the app, update formulas, or amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
